The Lexite ruin on Elpis has a shipyard and an antenna that watches W51 Giant Molecular Cloud constantly.

The Captain gains access to the facility after destroying 8 Lexite Drones on the surface of the planet.

The shipyard requires 1 Neutronium to obtain a Lexite Interceptor and makes these ships possible to build/purchase at shipyards.
