Unique ships (full game only)
- The Captain's Precursor Flagship (its destruction means losing the game)
- The Ur-Quan's Sa-Matra battle platform (its destruction means winning the game)
- The Ur-Quan Security Drone in orbit of Earth. It intercepts The Flagship and hails a nearby Ilwrath Avenger.
