Epsilon Scorpii I is the homeworld of the Mycon, although, as the Mycon are biological constructs, they did not evolve on a specific planet and so do not have a homeworld in the traditional sense of the term. Being a Shattered World, this planet was likely a Water World originally that was transformed by a Mycon Deep Child. Like the other Shattered Worlds, the only life on this planet is the Mycon themselves.
Their homeworld has a unique place in Mycon philosophy. They refer to the planet as the "source of Juffo-Wup" and the place from which "Juffo-Wup springs forth."1 However, why this world is considered the source of Juffo-Wup is never explained, though it is possible that it is the place of their creation.
